Meet your Founder

Since 2001, FLOW’s founder, Anita Craig, has worked with a broad range of clients at the highest level to create individual and organisational learning, change and growth. From her late twenties, Anita entered onto the path of enquiry and a quest for seeking out truth, self-love, mastery, transformation and ultimately, liberation.

After spending many years living and traveling various continents on the globe and across oceans – often solo into the unknown with nothing more than the spirit of adventure and a guide book to inspire her – she returned to South Africa with a commitment to making a conscious difference in the world of work and adult education.

Since then, she has devoted her working life to partnering with organisations to help shift and transform the human being and soul in the workplace. She went on to graduate as an executive coach and leadership facilitator. Business and spiritual life came together: Today, transformational leadership services and online programs are facilitated through her business, Future Leaders of the World (Pty) Ltd (FLOW).

With the MLP, Anita brings this direct experience, knowledge, network, and the pragmatic business skills to awaken and enrich others on their inner and outer journeys; and to produce a more whole and conscious leader, organisations and society as a whole. The Master Leader Program is a “first-of-its-kind” collaborative open-edu program, developed during 2020, for a new breed of leader and learner, that puts the learner into the driver’s seat of profound societal change.

Lillian Barnard

Lillian Barnard was appointed as the Managing Director of Microsoft South Africa in March 2019. She joined Microsoft in May 2017 as Public Sector Director for South Africa, a role she held for almost two years.  Lillian has more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry. She is a seasoned professional with proven capabilities and a strong understanding of local market. Through the various executive positions that Lillian has held, both locally and abroad, she has gained extensive knowledge in sales, operations, business controls, strategy, business transformation and leadership.

Zelda Le Grange

Zelda Le Grange is an international motivational speaker. After serving Nelson Mandela for almost 20 years in many roles and as his closest aide she now shares her life changing experiences inspired by the most powerful statesman and humanitarian of our time.

Professional Experience:

Lisa Firer is a designer and facilitator. She has run a ceramic design business for the past 20 years and concurrently pursued a keen interest and practice in creative, movement and awareness-based processes as they pertain to human development, learning and awakening. 2006-2016 she offered basic Mindfulness practice to the full-time and modular MBA students at UCT Graduate School of Business, as well as to Executive Education groups from Anglo-Gold Ashanti, Standard Bank and Engen. She facilitated on the Business Acumen for Artists programme and GSB Leadership Executive Programme (LEP). She has also developed a programme entitled ‘Creative Awareness’, an 8-session intervention, as part of the Creativity in Business module offered on the Diploma in Entrepreneurship through the School of Management Studies, University of Cape Town.
