Program Flow

Modules

This module teaches you how to become aware (awake) to yourself and the outside environment, instead of asleep (ignorant). You will be able to identify areas in your life where you need to cultivate awareness to increase your choice continuum. You will also be able to experience your brain and heart reacting to stress and the impact this has on your behaviour and actions and results in life. Ultimately, you will discover how to move to a place of coherence and expanded awareness.

Enjoy working with the best-known framework for understanding the full spectrum of human consciousness and development. This provides a platform for vertical and horizontal development in all fields of human activity. You will learn to apply U-theory to personal and collective transformation.

Included is conventional performance and skills enhancement – working with deep change through truly transformative practice. This results in an unconscious skill, which supports the growth of independent, inter-dependent thinking and collaboration between levels of possibility.

Master how to pause instead of reacting under pressure. Identify emotional and mental triggers so they do not become larger conflicts. Become the witness to your experience and discover who you are at the core. Apply the six personal mastery factors. Learn what your blind spots are and avoid bringing them into meetings in ways that are hurtful to others. Identify the patterned ways you defend yourself and move beyond them to understand your deeper nature. Face your ‘immunity to change’ and discover the hidden payoffs that exist when there’s lack of change.

Define and align your values to live ‘on purpose’, which allows the flow of life and optimal states of working powerfully. Learn exercises to apply these values, as ethical underpinnings, to key aspects of your life and organisation, that they serve as our moral compass and set the direction. Become a conscious leader and team player, raising the standards, as well as levels of success and accomplishment at work. Discover that the ‘how’ of leadership is underpinned by strong values and as a result, determines the right strategic direction to follow.

Explore what you bring into your interactions with others, and how that impacts the way others experience you, and the results it drives. Turn soft skills into hard numbers – you will work with your PDG on your unique path of development, using your personal, data-driven action plan. Start measuring and managing behaviours – shifting them for the better. The journey with heart is the personal development of a whole person, which potentially leads to a whole organisation transforming for the better.

A step-by-step process to creating conscious change. Your own history with change will be examined and you will then be guided to overcome any resistance to change. You will be provided with the tools for transformation change. You will be able to generate your future state to being authentically engaged, creative, and productive.

Learn to embrace and work with cognitive differences. Develop and express greater empathy. Explore how to encourage inclusivity in a organisation culture. Get curious about other people’s perspectives and how they see the world.

Practice generating and boosting resilience on all levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Turn habits into routine: accountability and daily habits – including sleep hygiene, the science of movement and brain activity. Learn the basics for immune boosting and discover the science of energy, agility, and productivity.

Explore U-theory and the evolutionary impulse. Cultivate deeper presence at work and learn why it’s important to reward creativity and innovation. Inspire others to think outside of the box.

Wisdom practices

Learn the essentials of mindfulness meditation – the foundation practice that helps reduce stress, bolsters problem-solving skills, improves communication, and leads to greater satisfaction at work and in life.

Learn how to diagnose your own biases and become less responsive when provoked.

Self-care often functions as burnout clean-up rather than a catalyst for inspired leadership. This class will give you a 360-degree evaluation of your present care needs and the tools to meet them. You will leave with an awakened self-care system grounded in powerful service. Note that woke leaders represent self-care as community care.

Learn a step-by-step method for bringing presence and tolerance to any battle, and how this can open our energy so that we can stay innovative and on purpose.

Learn how to develop a ‘somatic sensibility’— a way to stay connected with your embodied experience—and come back to a grounded place of centre, even under stress (more quickly and for longer).

Learn how your ability to receive and follow your intuition is tied to self-esteem, as well as your level of achievement and accomplishment at work. Explore ways to build your self-esteem and learn how this will influence every part of your life.

Learn how to be kind toward yourself and others, even when you suffer seeming disappointments at work. Discover how self-compassion is crucial to strength and how this creates an admiration of our collective humanity and greater tolerance across differences.

Transform your heart attitude and watch your behaviour transform too. A richer, insightful, validated system and tool that enhances intuition, and provides a place to develop from. When individuals become their greatest selves, organisation thrives.

Learn how different lenses of growth can increase and build your mastery 360-degrees.  Explore: personal mastery, the three energy centres, strength and your ability to deal with stress, motivational drivers and the nine ways of being through the enneagram.

Additional Conscious Workshops are being developed, and include themes such as: Holistic wellness in the workplace, conscious engagement, conscious finance and ethics, authentic conversations, listening deeply and communicating authentically; and building an authentic workplace community.

Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.
